Connection is the key to all relationships. Being heard and understood and seen is vital to our wellbeing. Sometimes in life we find we have become disconnected from our children and it feels impossible to find your way back to harmony.  Life can sometimes cause disconnection  for many reasons. but how do we reconnect?
