My name is Sharon Flower, I am a creative Flow Life Coach and qualified creative psychotherapist/play therapist. I work with families, adults, children, and businesses to create positive changes. Flow is something that cannot be seen but it determines if you have a system that is working for you or a system that is working against you. A system that works for you, creates internal connections, creating change from the inside out, creating freedom, vitality, energy, clarity, and connection. A system without flow creates confusion, chaos, exhaustion, anxiety, overwhelm, a feeling of being lost, anger, a lack of purpose, motivation and a lot of stress and behaviours, and feels very disconnected.
Creative Flow Coaching is for women that want to feel amazing and to create a system that works for them, which helps them to feel confident and empowered, as a wife, mother, friend or business woman.

She is able to change her cell age and create an internal flow system that works for her not against her, enabling her to live her most vibrant life from the inside out. She loves herself with every cell in her body, knowing she is good enough, which means she can give and receive love with that same energy, giving this to her children, relationships, work, without losing herself or her energy. Allowing her to live in the beautiful balance and cycle of giving and receiving love. She remains at one and ever committed to L.O.T.I…Love on the inside.
